A leader in protein processing and distribution, Thomas Foods International USA (TFI USA), annually produces a corporate video that highlights accomplishments, employee stories, challenges and commitment from each year. At the end of 2020, their goal was to create a recap of the hardships caused by a global pandemic and how the organization came together to persevere through executive strategy, employee contributions and a positive cultural environment. The was goal was set and Think3 was tapped to strategize, concept and execute in a food production facility that presented many obstacles and timing constraints.
Employ a combination of a renowned theme in entertainment (Mission Impossible) with live employee interviews and business results to depict a formidable team environment that rose to the occasion and surpassed goals throughout a very tumultuous global health crisis. We spun the theme to be “Mission Possible” and highlighted key hurdles and milestones while being congratulatory, uplifting and motivational.
