Strategy
1. A multi-pronged approach to drive company loyalty amongst existing employees and generate positive interactions
- Increase communications with a mobile workforce regarding HR matters.

- Implement fun and social activities to foster a positive workplace environment and drive coworker interaction
2. A comprehensive digital campaign, utilizing social media, Google ads and Indeed.com to attract quality, skilled workers who would further elevate the company and stay long-term, despite a wage competitive industry and sometimes hazardous working conditions
Activation
Employee Engagement:
- SlickText SMS messaging was employed to keep a highly mobilized organization informed and connected
- Referral bonuses were instituted to reward employees for bringing in new hires

- Rewritten job descriptions clarified roles, responsibilities, cultural expectations and benefits
